GZT vibrating feeding composed of material trough, vibrating exciter, spring supporting the structure features are:
1. Material trough
It is material conveying and feeding part, and integrated framework, riveted by lock rivet. The lining of trough: feeding section is blind plate (incline angle is 0～5°) and outlet section is sticks (incline angle is 15～20°).
2. Vibrating exciter
Vibrating exciter is key part of vibrating feeder, use new type vibration motor as exciter, stable performance reliable, easy adjustment.
3. Spring support
It is seated mounted, use steel spring as damper spring, operation reliable and long service long.
