Recently, Henan Zhengkuang Machinery Co., Ltd. successfully customized and shipped two non-standard double-roller crushers, model 2PG(C) 500×820, for a Russian customer. These two units, one toothed roller crusher and one smooth roller crusher, feature a special beveled wire drawing process, custom-designed to meet the customer's individual production needs.

II. Customer Needs and Customization Requirements

This Russian customer's production line was experiencing significant issues with their existing double-roller crusher due to aging, impacting normal production. To ensure a seamless replacement, the customer required the new equipment to maintain the same installation dimensions as the old equipment. Therefore, Zhengkuang Machinery needed to custom-design and produce two crushers tailored to the customer's specific installation requirements. After thorough technical communication and drawing confirmation, the company customized the two crushers for the customer.

 

III. Cooperation Background and Trust

This was not the customer's first experience with Zhengkuang. Two years ago, the customer personally visited China to inspect Zhengkuang's processing and manufacturing capabilities and production standards. During the visit, the customer was deeply impressed by the company's advanced processing equipment, strict quality control system, and comprehensive after-sales service. After returning to China, the customer continued to monitor Chinese crushing equipment manufacturers. After six months of market comparison and evaluation, they ultimately chose Zhengkuang to partner with them and order this batch of customized equipment.
