INTRODUCTION
ZKRM Vertical Roller Mill is an energy saving, high efficient, environmental friendly drying and grinding equipment, which has the function of drying, grinding, powder separating and conveying at the same time. It has the advantages of wide adaptability, high grinding efficiency, low power consumption, small abrasion, large drying capacity, wide adjustment range of product fineness and simple production process flow chart, low noise, less dust pollution, reliable operation, easy maintenance, and so on. It has been widely used in cement raw material, pulverized coal preparation, heavy calcium powder preparation, slag grinding, chemical industry bentonite, phosphate rock grinding, metallurgy dolomite, spodumene, bauxite grinding and other industries.
Application:
ZKRM Vertical Roller Mill is mainly used for grinding raw meal, clinker, Ground Granulated Blast Furnace Slag, iron ore, limestone, coal powder, coke powder, coal gangue, fly ash, volcanic ash, gypsum, calcite, pyrophyllite, quartz, clay, sandstone, bauxite and other processing industry related to metal and non-metal mine.

Remarks: the basic standard for vertical mill is asfollow:
(1)Power consumption:slag≤25kWh/t,cement≤18kWh/t,raw meal≤9kWh/t;
(2)Moisture content:slag≤15%,cement≤3%,raw meal≤7%;
(3)Ffinished product fineness: specificsurface area of slag 4200~112500px²/g,specificsurface area of cement 3300~380 cm²/g,raw meal fineness-80μmR 12~15%;
(4)Moisture content of refined powder:slag 0.5~1.0%,cement 0.5~1.0%,rawmeal 0.5~1.0%;
(5)The specific installed capacity and parameterscan be adjusted properly according to actual material nature.
(6)The above parameters are applicable forgranular blast furnace slag, cement and raw meal and the model selection is determined by material property.
PROCESS
1. The material is mainly broken and pulverized by the weight of the roller and the pressure of the pressurizing device. During the grinding process, the material is always subjected to the pressure of the grinding roller while the material between the grinding roller and the millstone is subjected to the effect of multi-directional stress, thereby improving the grinding capacity and grinding efficiency.
2. As the material get fully contact with the hot gas after enter the mill, and then suspended in the hot gas after grinding, which can fully exchanging heat energy and dry the material while grinding.
3. The grinding pressure of roller is provided by the hydraulic system, which is passed to the grinding roller by the pressure device and the rocker device and then applied to the material. Owing to the pressure regulation of the hydraulic system, it can change the grinding pressure to meet the requirements of grinding materials with different hardness.
4. For avoiding the violent vibrati situation caused by the direct contact of the roller and disc when the machine in tion, there should being opera certain gap between the grinding roller and disc. A position limiting device is designed not only to adjusting the gap size between them, but to observing the material thickness under roller any time, thereby ensuring the mill with safety and economic operation.

6. Under the function of accessory hydraulic cylinder, the roller can be removed outside of mill for inspection and repair easily.
7. There has device around the grinding disc to prevent disc base wearing, adjust the air speed of air ring and the material thickness, to guarantee 7 the vertical mill' capacity and operation economical.
8. The separator is composed of converter motor, gearbox, rotor, shell and so on. The motor drive rotator through gearbox and getting different fineness product by adjusting the speed of motor.
9. The lubrication oil station provides oil to lubricating system of main gearbox and generation the circle lubrication to guarantee the main gearbox operation normally.
