Due to business development, a company in Thailand needs a dryer equipment to dry coarse sand. After many comparisons and investigations, Henan Zhengzhou Mining Machinery Co., Ltd was determined as a supplier on December 12, 2016 and ordered one set of Φ1.06×8.58 dryer, which was manufactured on February 18, 2017 and shipped on time.

1. Project Overview:

A company in Thailand needs a dryer equipment for business development to dry coarse sand. Many equipment manufacturers in my country have investigated, compared and inspected. Henan Zheng Mining Machinery Co., Ltd. relies on years of equipment manufacturing experience and the quality of its products. With the price advantage, the contract was signed and the transaction was concluded. A customized φ1.06×8.58 dryer equipment was signed in May 2016. The equipment was manufactured on February 18, 2017 and shipped on time.

 

2. Solution:

The dryer supplied this time is a single-cylinder dryer and the corresponding transmission and support devices. It produces 10t of dry coarse sand per hour. The following solutions are adopted to meet customer needs:

 

1) The dryer has a disaggregation mechanism, movable grate wing plate, cleaning device and crushing impact dispersing device, which can dry viscous materials that cannot be processed by ordinary rotary dryers. It is developed and designed for viscous filter cake-like materials product.

 

2) The rotating speed of the cylinder can be adjusted steplessly. By adjusting the rotating speed of the rotating drum and the air inlet temperature of the dryer, it can adapt to the properties of different feed materials and meet different product moisture requirements.

 

3) The self-aligning roller structure is adopted to reduce wear and power consumption. The use of a special block wheel structure reduces the horizontal thrust caused by the tilting of the equipment.
